ProNett technology added to T.G.I. Friday’s flair in the UK
T.G.I. Friday’s UK, led by Karen Forrester has signed a three-year contract to use ProNett technology in its business from July 2014.
The company, which recently announced it planned to double the number of sites operated in the UK by 2020 is the fourth to choose the ProNett property maintenance solution since April, along with Nando’s (UK & Ireland), The Sweet Potato Group, Oakman Inns and Carluccio’s.
ProNett offers multi-site businesses an end-to-end, 24/7/365 cloud hosted Property Maintenance and Facilities Management solution that is cost effective and delivers measurable benefits; both operationally and financially.
Sales Director of ProNett, James Gregory added:
“T.G.I. Friday’s long-standing focus on delivering a great customer experience every time will benefit from the mobile web apps we launched at the start of the year. When their contractors or suppliers arrive at the restaurant for a callout or a planned maintenance visit, the contractor does all relevant checks and administration via the ProNett Contractor App on their phone.
“The Friday’s manager then just needs to sign the phone screen with their finger, to confirm it’s all correct.”
ProNett went live in T.G.I. Friday’s restaurants, contractors and head office in July 2014.
