Carluccio’s add ProNett to their successful business recipe
Carluccio’s has chosen to introduce ProNett property maintenance technology for all of its sites in the UK from June 2014.
Since the first Carluccio’s opened fifteen years ago, they now operate at over seventy locations in the UK. Their Italian restaurants, with integrated food shop join over 3,400 other locations using ProNett including Nando’s, Whitbread businesses and Giraffe (owned by Tesco).
ProNett offers multi-site businesses an end-to-end, 24/7/365 cloud hosted solution that is cost effective and delivers measurable benefits – both operationally and financially. The recent launch of its simple-to-use mobile applications has meant clients are enjoying even faster fixes of revenue generating equipment.
ProNett founder and Chief Executive, Paul Gunn said:
“It’s great to have Carluccio’s choose ProNett. We have been working hard in the past twelve months adding new services, features and functions – including our mobile web apps, which make ProNett an even more compelling choice to businesses.”
Moving to ProNett is a simple shift from the “traditional helpdesk” route to a more forward- thinking way of working for everyone. It uses technology and ways of working that are already used daily in peoples lives; so there’s no steep learning curve and training can be easily cascaded down.
Sales Director of ProNett, James Gregory added:
“The introduction across Carluccio’s estate, suppliers and contractors has already begun, using a robust plan that includes training and support by the experienced team at ProNett.
ProNett went live across Carluccio’s restaurant estate in early June 2014.
