Be At One first came about when three former bartenders threw in their jobs, each got themselves a loan and took the plunge to open their first cocktail bar. Be At One Battersea Rise opened its doors at the end of May 1998 and was an instant success. This was followed by the opening of many more. Be At One now operate over 30 bars in the UK.
When operating a multisite business, you need transparency, efficiency and compliance management assurance. This is where ProNett comes in. Our reliable and secure, cloud hosted software, ensures your facilities and maintenance management is kept under control. Management teams are able to over see all of their units maintenance activity. Authorisation levels, enable senior members to release and approve orders raised dependent on the available budget and urgency of the repair needed. All PMVs are completed on time and the certificates are uploaded and stored within the system which will result in a reduced paperwork for Be At One.
Be At One will benefit from their unit managers being able to place a callout via their smartphone , whilst management team members are able to approve and release the order made via theirs too. Once approved, and placed with a contractor the allocated engineer is able to log the visit via his smartphone and have the job signed off by the unit manager on location.
